Returns Policy

Here is a return and refund policy that EaseTap could use as the business scales internationally:

EaseTap Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from EaseTap. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused condition and have all original packaging and components. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Damaged items after 30 days
  • Opened software or activated gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order merchandise

To start your return, please email support@easetap.com or call 9644000411. Provide your name, order number, and reason for return. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label to attach to your package. We cannot accept returns without a valid RMA number printed on the label.

Once your return is received and inspected within 5 business days, we will process your refund. Refunds are generally issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been completed.

If your return does not meet our policy guidelines, we will contact you with next steps before processing or denying a refund.

International Returns

We happily accept international returns from worldwide customers. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International customers may be subject to import fees, taxes or duties applied by their country.
